Shipping Information
We ship our products from two locations for your convenience. Please see the table below for more specific information on the availability of shipping methods and approximate delivery speeds. If you do not see your country listed please email us before ordering so that we can advise the shipping methods and speeds available.
In general all online orders are processed and shipped out in two (2) working days. If there is a problem with your order or delay we will contact you immediately using the information you provide at checkout. The Better Beauty Brand and HOS Botanicals Ltd. takes no responsibility for any losses, damages or delays that may occur. Similarly, we must be notified should additional insurance be required. Without notification we ship products without insurance. All of our products are made in small batches frequently. This means that what you receive can be considered fresh. In some cases due to shipping temperatures you may have to stir or shake the product before use. This is normal and will not affect the functionality of the product.
If you are located in Trinidad and Tobago or visiting from abroad we can arrange for local pick up of your order. Please contact us to request this.
All bulk orders are shipped only after confirmation by you the customer. We can ship via courier (FedEx, DHL), airport to airport and LCL or FCL by sea freight. Bulk customers can arrange their own shipping and all prices will be quoted as FOB. The Better Beauty Brand and HOS Botanicals Ltd. takes no responsibility for any losses, damages or delays that may occur. Additional fees may apply for further documentation required for bulk exports or bulk inland freight.
Some products (e.g. Essential Oils) cannot usually be shipped by air. Orders of essential oils which require shipping by air may incur additional packing fees.

Returns Information
We understand that sometimes errors are made with orders. The error could be ours or yours but we would love to make you happy. Let's talk about it and find a solution that is good for all of us.
If we shipped the wrong item to you by mistake, please contact Customer Care and we will ship the correct item at no additional cost.
All return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your item. In the case that tracking information was not available for your order we will use the quoted transit time to calculate the allowable return period. Please note that all verbal ( over the phone) orders must be confirmed in writing before we ship. This is to avoid any issues with shipping incorrect products to our valued fans.
Currently we cannot accept returns on Handmade Soaps, Shampoo, Conditioner, Hair Oils, Body Lotions (in bottles). Other products (face masks, scrubs,specialty serums in airless packaging, essential oils, essential remedies) can be returned to us if they are in the original packaging and are unopened. If you are not happy with any of our Wax & Wick Candles they can be returned if unlit and in their original packaging.
Please email us for a returns address and to provide information on why you want to return the item. Refunds will be provided to the original payment method you used when you placed your order within 7 days of receipt of the item. The buyer is responsible for return shipping fees. We do not charge a restocking fee but will charge you for the payment processing fees if there was no subjective error on our part.
